		<description>I agree with you and it seems to be that msn.com is ahead of Google in this matter. The real problem which has the point to the surfers is that in most cases internet surfers seek information from non-commercial sites and non-commercial sites have no chance to appear on top of google results unless they are partialy commercial or exist for a long time in the Internet Space. MSN.com seems to be more attentive to newly appeared non-commercial as well as commercial sites.  
Well, in conclusion, for a long period of time I like msn better then google. Soon a more revolutionary search engine will appear that is more personalized and subjective in a way. Altghough we are human being (this unites us) we are all different. 
I propose to get united and create a multifunctional non-commercial, that is human-based search engine. I have a website wwww.startcreate.com which is not functional yet so if anyone has any ideas, welcome...
