I've never experienced any problems cross promoting my sites. For PR, and more importantly for traffic. I've got sites that get 90%+ of their traffic from my other high traffic sites. These sites wouldn't stand a chance against the others in the search engines, but do well for themselves with this self generated source of traffic.</description>
